PROMOTER

The promoter of this giveaway is Nick & Max , registered in the United Kingdom, operating through www.nickandmax.co.uk and Instagram @nickandmax_uk.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.

Employees of Nick & Max, their family members, or anyone connected professionally with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To enter, participants must:

 

1. Purchase any item from www.nickandmax.co.uk

during the giveaway period (until 14 March)

 

2. Like the giveaway post and comment “MARCH” on the designated Instagram or Facebook post.

• Only one entry per qualifying purchase is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person without additional purchases will be disqualified.

• The giveaway is not open to those who do not complete a qualifying purchase.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

The prize consists of £100 in store credit, redeemable at www.nickandmax.co.uk.

The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or email within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.
